The “Stepping Up” project is a peer-facilitated program aimed to prevent and reduce the incidence of dating, sexual and domestic violence within Seneca. Are you interested in learning more about healthy, unhealthy and abusive relationships as well as engaging in meaningful conversations about these topics with peers?
By joining our Hackathon on March 3rd, you will collaborate with other program participants to brainstorm different creative solutions to address the issue of violence in our student community. You will also have the opportunity after the event to bring the ideas raised in the Hackathon to life, allowing you to discover skills in podcasting, video editing, creative arts, and possibly more! As an integral member of Stepping Up, you will contribute to awareness-raising events online.
