Reclaim Your Voice founder Jungle Flower shares her story of healing from psychological abuse and sexual violence, and how she founded a movement to support others on their healing journeys. Jungle Flower brings her talks to life with dynamic storytelling and spoken word poetry. Doors open at 4:00 p.m.; Guest speaker at 4:30 p.m.

This workshop will explain the importance of optimism through an introduction of the optimism/pessimism wheel, gratitude, and the practise of savouring success. Students will also focus on how to study effectively and take tests confidently by focusing on the positives (what they do know as opposed to what they don’t know).
